Role Overview:

e're seeking a Technical Writer to transform complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation. In this role, you'll build and maintain our documentation portal while working closely with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive technical content.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including API docs, user guides, FAQs, and online help resources
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to gather accurate technical information
  • Develop structured information architecture for easy navigation
  • Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy
  • Drive continuous improvement in documentation processes and standards


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Portfolio of published work (blog, product documentation, news articles, etc.)
  • Proficiency in documentation tools and software (e.g., Markdown, ReadMe, Notion, JIRA)
  • Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
