Role Summary:
As the Regional Director of Sales for the Americas (Front-Line Leadership Role), you will spearhead Zluri's sales initiatives in the region, driving revenue growth and building a high-performing sales team.
This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience and an approach to building customer relationships, penetrating the market, and meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the Americas region.
- Analyze market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to adapt strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Manage key client relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
- Identify new market opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand Zluri's footprint across the region.
- Collaborate with other teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the executive leadership team.
- Represent Zluri at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualification and Experience
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of revenue growth and team leadership.
- 4+ years in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing sales teams and driving regional strategy.
- Experience in enterprise/B2B SaaS sales, account management, and market expansion is a plus.
Key Skills:
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and oral.
- Technical Skills: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Deep understanding of the Americas market, including key industries and customer segments
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute plans and adjust tactics as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
