Role Summary:


As a Key Account Manager (KAM) at Zluri, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our strategic accounts. You will be responsible for building long-term partnerships, driving customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the success of our customers with Zluri's solutions.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Account Ownership: You will take complete ownership of assigned key accounts and act as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Customer Success Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring they achieve value from Zluri’s products and services.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Retention & Renewal: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure high retention rates and smooth contract renewals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop account strategies and action plans to achieve business objectives and client satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any account-related issues promptly to maintain strong customer trust.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure client success.
  • Data-driven insights: Monitor account performance metrics and provide data-backed recommendations for improvement.


Qualification and Experience


  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.


  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales in a SaaS or B2B environment.

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


  • Technical Skills: Ability to understand complex SaaS solutions and translate customer needs into actionable strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and revenue growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
