Role Summary:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will engage with mid-market and enterprise customers across the region, building relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their SaaS Management, Access Management, and Identity Governance needs, and demonstrating the value of Zluri’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from lead through closure with mid-market and enterprise customers in the EMEA region.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand Zluri’s footprint and drive revenue growth.
- Engage with IT and Security leaders to understand their challenges and position Zluri as the ideal solution.
- Conduct product demos, handle objections, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales development, and customer success teams to optimize lead generation and pipeline conversion.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting and reporting using CRM tools.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Qualification and Experience
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales or a related field
- Experience: 6-8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in Cybersecurity, IT management, or SaaS management sales. Startup experience is preferred.

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Technical Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the EMEA region
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience selling to IT and Security leaders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms(Apollo).
- Prior experience in a hybrid sales role with both commercial and enterprise sales exposure is a plus.
- The candidate should have previous experience working in the EMEA market.
