Role Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and drive the end-to-end design process for Zluri’s platform. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, strong UI/UX skills, and the ability to translate complex workflows into seamless designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to enhance product usability.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and interaction guidelines for consistency across the platform.
- Create engaging visual designs, animations, and micro-interactions that enhance the user experience.
- Stay updated with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Advocate for user-centred design principles and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design goals and priorities.
Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science). An MBA is a plus
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products or enterprise applications.
Key Skills:
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, InVision).
- Strong understanding of design thinking, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (not mandatory but a plus).
- Experience working in agile teams and fast-paced product environments
